Early Arrivals and Late Departures

Due to COVID-19, we may not be able to offer you early arrival or late departure. Thank you for your understanding.


For those who want to make the most of their stay, it is possible to arrive on site before 4 p.m. and take advantage of the hotel’s amenities and facilities.


Want to enjoy your room a little earlier? With a supplement of $ 10 an hour, you can use your room from 2 p.m. On request when making your reservation by phone.


For late departures, a charge of $ 20 will be added to your bill for each additional hour.


Guaranteed reservations and deposit

A valid credit card number (Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express) is required at time of booking for guarantee purposes. Debit-credit cards are not accepted.


With the exception of certain groups (wedding and others), you will not be asked for a deposit. A valid credit card is required upon arrival. We do not accept deposits in cash or with a debit card.


An amount of $ 20.00 + taxes will be charged for each additional adult in the room.


Cancellation policy

You have until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to cancel a reservation free of charge. Beyond this period, an amount equivalent to the price of the first night’s package, plus applicable taxes, will be billed to you. For groups, the cancellation deadline is 48 hours before arrival.
